Everyone who knows me, knows I'm not a fan of winter, but I do love the fact that winter seems to be more stylish than summer. Gone are the flip flops and shorts, to be replaced with gorgeous jackets, boots and accessories.

Here are my top 5 loves this season:

1 Leopard print is strong and I'm a HUGE fan of it. If you don't see yourself in a coat, try it in accessories. You can tie an animal print scarf to the handle of your handbag, or try shoes with a print in them.

2 White boots have made a comeback. I never thought I'd wear them but I'm loving my Calvin Kleins! Any age can wear them, too!

3 I love the softness of feathers. Feather jackets can just as easily be paired with jeans, or with a formal evening dress. In fact, I love them so much I'm giving you two pictures!

4 The humble hairclip! I'm loving these on trend accessories, despite the fact that my hair is barely long enough to wear one! Pearl embellished clips are so on trend right now, but be careful - I tried one the other day, and it snipped my hair off!

5 And last but not least, BIG sunglasses! Big is better, and I'm especially loving the range from www.happytositonyourface.nz. At only $40 a pair you can afford to have some fun with them. (Please note the image does not show happytositonyourface glasses)
